I am grateful they accepted my dad’s motorcycle to do work on. It is a 1988 Honda Goldwing and other shops refused because it was too old or they don’t like to deal with big touring bikes. They got the repairs fixed and it works excellent. They missed noticing the front brake caliber needing to be rebuilt. Still, in spite of that I would go to them again. They did fix perfectly. EMP staff is very friendly and patient. They have excellent communication with everything documented from text, emails and phone calls with an online system. The system also is easy to use to pay as you go. I was so confident in their work that I had peace of mind riding it from Chicago to Florida alone. Pic in dad’s garage. Read less

This is from someone who knows how to work on bikes (but lacks the time and some specialized tools): EPM is an amazing mechanic shop. I've dealt with a litany of shops before -- for cars and motorbikes -- EPM is the best of them all, ever. They're honest and upfront about everything, and they use an amazing online platform that allows you to be in full control of the work that they propose needs to be done. I first came to them when I had an accident on my Honda PCX, and they dealt with my insurance and everything was handled. Because everything went so great that time around, I had them also handle a series of maintenance tasks for my 40k mile Suzuki Bergman. I picked up my Shadow 1100 from a full carb rebuild. Needless to say l... when I asked for it to be leaner...they delivered! I just got off LSD and I can flow through all my gears and have plenty acceleration all the way through 5th again. Thank you! Read less
